Which Pyramid Are Your Diet?





Recently at a local seminar i learnt about the four diet pyramids, two of which (Mediterranean and Vegetarian) were released by the Harvard School of Public Health. These pyramids were based on traditional lifestyle and they showed eating patterns that promote good health. Being a meat lover, I was rather shocked to learn that meat consumption is at the top of the pyramid, meaning that you should only consume very little of this.

For those interested in healthy diet or to know more about healthy lifestyle, it is probably worth checking, which pyramid have your diet been in the past? and how it should be in the future?
