In summer we sometimes feel fatigue because of overheat and loss of minerals through sweating. One of my favorite dish this season is pork (which is a good source of vitamin B and minerals).Top:
Pork dipped in "honey soy ginger garlic spring onion mixture" for a few hours, then grilled, arranged with boiled soy bean (young, eda-mame), and tomatoes
